The website skylerasolutions.com is operated by PT Alpha Solusi Indonesia, a company based in Jakarta, Indonesia, through its Skylera product line.

We use form data only to read and answer your request by email. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone other than the processors listed below.

Who processes your data

To run the website and the form, we use two service providers that process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare: website hosting and Cloudflare Turnstile, the security check on the contact form that tells human visitors from bots. Cloudflare may process your IP address and technical request data for security and page delivery.
• Resend: the email delivery service that forwards your message to our team inbox.

Theme preference

The website remembers your theme choice (dark, light, or follow system) on your device using the browser’s local storage (localStorage). It holds only the theme choice, stays on your device, and is not sent to our servers.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics tools, or third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own server, not from a third-party font service.

How long we keep data

Your message stays in our team’s email inbox for as long as it is needed to respond to your request and for reasonable administrative purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the data you have sent us at any time through the contact page. Please include the name and email you used on the form so we can find your message.
